These terms and conditions for the purchase of 10 online sessions are offered by O'Kari Mima. O KARI MIMA, SAS with a share capital of € 50,000, having its registered office at 26 RUE DU RENARD 75004 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 925 401 903, represented by Mrs Karima Lasfar acting as President.

VIP PASS 10 ESCAPES

Payable in one go by credit card, bank transfer or paypal. The ten sessions due are valid for 2 years from the date of subscription, are not nominative and allow the benefit of a third party chosen by the holder. Thus leaving the possibility to the holder to deduct a session in the form of a gift voucher or on request of appointment, this last established according to the general conditions of sale.

PRICING CONDITIONS

Payment for the subscription is made according to the rates and terms in force on the O'Kari website. The subscription is payable at the time of subscription or, where applicable, renewal. The subscriber is solely responsible for payment of all sums due in respect of the subscription. A third party may, however, pay the subscription on behalf of the subscriber, without this conferring any particular rights on the subscriber.
